It has been 30 years since I last visited the Loire Valley – one of my favourite areas in France!

We spent 2 weeks visiting Normandy.

We spent a week exploring Paris while staying in a fabulous house.

We had a week holiday in the Netherlands with family and while there visited Maastricht, Aachen and Koln.

During our Belgium stay, the kids went to camp for a week. R and I decided to take advantage of this ‘babysitting’ and went on a little side trip to Bavaria and Austria.

We spent 3.5 months visiting family and exploring Belgium.
