A Kid’s View: Airlines
So, as I’ve done so much traveling, that does of course mean that I’ve taken a few airlines. Therefore, I have decided to make a list of airlines and what I think of them!
Qantas

Qantas was one of the first airlines I ever took. Based in Sydney, Australia, it’s Australia’s national carrier. They are a more premium airline, and provide complimentary meals, drinks and snacks on most of their flights, and many of their planes have in flight entertainment for free. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Tiger Air

Tiger air is the budget airline of Virgin Australia. It is much like Jetstar in that it is low cost, but doesn’t contain many other options unless you pay for them. We took them from Sydney to the Gold Coast. ⭐⭐⭐
Etihad

Etihad is a carrier that is great for kids! They offer free in flight entertainment, food, drinks and snacks on almost all of their flights. Young children also receive a free kids activity pack. I was younger when I took that flight, and I really enjoyed the kids pack! We did however have issues with the flight crew. M got coffee spilled on her and when she tried to move to one of the many free seats she was refused and had to move back to her wet chair. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Turkish Airlines

Turkish Airlines is the flag carrier of Istanbul Airport (IST, not the other one). They offer nice service, in flight meals, entertainment and drinks on many of their flights. We took them from Bucharest to Istanbul and quite liked it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pegasus

Pegasus is a low budget airline based out of Istanbul airport (The south one, not IST). It is a basic airline. We took a few low budget airlines, so not much to comment on here, other than the absolutely terrible leg space. ⭐⭐
Jetstar

We took Jetstar Sydney – Kuta. Its average. We paid for some extra upgrades as it was a long flight but overall not that special. ⭐⭐⭐
Batik Air

Batik is another low cost airline. Pretty average. ⭐⭐⭐
VietJet Air

Very basic, does flight in and around Vietnam. Doesn’t provide sanitary bags which is a bit weird, but that’s it. ⭐⭐
Vistara

Vistara was a gem! We booked it thinking it was like every other budget airline, it was around the same price point, but we couldn’t have been farther from the truth! Vistara had free and delicious in flight meals and free entertainment! For that price point, it was an amazing airline!!!!! Unfortunately, it has since been acquired by Air India. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
There are many airline that I didn’t discuss here, but many are just the same or similar to other airlines I’ve already mentioned.
