Teddy Travels: India (Part 2)

Hi, guess who it is, I’m back. It is me, Teddy! The world’s coolest superstar.

Udaipur

We arrived in Udaipur and we had issues finding our hotel again, but when we came in I saw stairs. 😩 Me personally, I don’t like stairs. But it is clean and near many markets. Which was good because K wanted a Indian dress. Our hotel/house was big with three floors!!! There was also some type of festival happening called the Mewar festival which lasted for three days. And they walked around with dolls on their heads. 🤨 Soon enough we hopped in the car for another 4 hours, again feeling like another 345 hours. This time we counted 811 cows and 2 camels .

Jodhpur

But we arrived in Jodhpur. The hotel was cool it was like you were in prison. Breakfast was included and there was a pancake option and I really wanted it but K said no. 😔 But C got it so thankfully I could try it. 😀 When we went walking around town it was a dump but the fort was cool.

Mala Ki Dhani

Next we went to a desert camp called Mala Ki Dhani. It was cool and the best thing was that they had a puppy and a baby goat. 🥰😊 They also had many kids to play with us. The first night we slept under the stars which I found cool. K pulled the blanket over me and I was so snug. The next day we woke up with the sun and watched the sunrise. It was like a dream. 💭 We got up and had a lovely hot tea. Then we went for an amazing walk and came back just in time for breakfast. Breakfast was a poha which wasn’t that good but to be polite I “enjoyed it”. After breakfast K, M and C got henna done but K’s was the most detailed, then M’s then C’s. Sadly R didn’t have any, but it was fine. Later that day we did a camel ride for one hour, K and me wanted to do 2 hours but M didn’t. We ended in the dunes and ate dinner watching the sunset. We drove back and went to bed under the stars. ✨ But in the middle of the night there was lots of wind so R moved our beds in a hut. 🛖 After that I had an amazing sleep with K. We woke up running a bit late for tea but we had a nice cup of hot tea and some noodles. Soon we left to the town of Jaisalmer. M said that we couldn’t do a cow count because it was only 30 minutes. 😔

Jaisalmer

We arrived in the town of Jaisalmer and what looked like a palace. We walked in and they escorted us to our room. Then they brought us to the indoor swimming pool. I thought I was the queen. 👸🏼 Our room was great with a nice seating area to drink tea. I found it amazing. 5 minutes later we went to the pool. It was freezing! 🥶 I can tell you I have never swam that fast from one side of the pool to the other before! But soon enough it was time to leave. We hopped in the car a bit late and started our drive to Bikener.

Bikener

Just outside of Bikener, we stopped at the rat temple. It wasn’t as bad as I expected but it was still pretty gross. Our cow count came up to 611 cows and 33 camels. We arrived in Bikener and again I felt like a Queen. 👸🏼 Our breakfast was amazing. We left the next day to the train.

The train was better than a car but still not so great. We had trouble finding our hotel because it was not at the airport like they claimed. When we arrived it was disgusting. We found better rooms and stayed there but there was mold everywhere. But it was ok because we weren’t staying long. We woke up early and went to the airport at one o’clock in the morning!!! I was so tired. But we got on the plane and off we went to Egypt.
